Welcome to Aftrmatch, a service owned and operated by Crafting Innovation (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Aftrmatch mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using Aftrmatch, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Aftrmatch. By creating an account, you represent that you are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement and that you meet all applicable requirements.

2. Account Registration
To use Aftrmatch, you’ll need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current information.

  • Keep your login details confidential.

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate our terms or community guidelines.​

3. User Conduct
You agree to use Aftrmatch responsibly and agree not to:

  • Post or send illegal, harmful, or abusive content.

  • Impersonate another person or use false information.

  • Harass, stalk, threaten, or exploit other users.

  • Use bots or automation to interact with the app.

  • Upload malware or attempt to interfere with our systems.

  • We may monitor content and take necessary action to keep the platform safe.

4. Paid Services & Subscriptions
Aftrmatch offers optional premium features that can be purchased via in-app subscriptions.

  • Prices are displayed within the app and may vary by region.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the end of the billing cycle.

  • Payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device.

5. License & Restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Aftrmatch for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the app.

  • Use our branding or trademarks without permission.

  • Access the app in unauthorized or illegal ways.

6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, harm other users, or use the service inappropriately.

Upon termination, your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers
Aftrmatch is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees that:

  • You will find a match or relationship.

  • The app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

  • User profiles are always accurate or truthful.

  • You use the app at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crafting Innovation is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Any loss of data or unauthorized access.

  • Issues arise from user interactions, whether online or offline.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crafting Innovation from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Aftrmatch or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Indian High Court.
